FAQ`s
How long do I have to take Mycozil for?
Most cases of toenail fungus require 5-6 months of treatment, sometimes less. Remember that nails grow very slowly. It takes between 6 months to 1 year for a completely healthy nail to grow out. For Candida yeast infections, it should only take 2-3 months of treatment although this varies depending on the severity of the infection.
Does Mycozil work for everyone?
Statistically, Mycozil works for about 80 percent or more of the cases of Candida and Nail Fungus Infections. As a company, we cannot control what other factors may come into play with someone taking Mycozil such as diet, immune system, stress, lack of exercise, smoking, etc.. If there are many unhealthy factors such as these, treatment outcomes may be reduced.

How long does one bottle of Mycozil last?
If used as directed, one bottle of Mycozil will last 20 days. That is why we recommend purchasing the Mycozil 3 pack. After 60 days (3 bottles), there should be evidence of clear nails coming in. When dealing with Candida yeast infection, most cases will be resolved by this time.
Are there any side effects?
There are very little side effects reported with Mycozil. The most commonly reported side effect is nausea or upset stomach which is not common, however, is most likely due to the Pau D Arco. Pau D Arco has been shown to cause stomach upset in people in sensitive stomachs.
Research has shown that high doses of Pau D Arco or long term use greater than 1 year may be hard for liver function. That is why we don't recommend use or Mycozil beyond 1 year.
If you have known liver problems, you should discuss taking Mycozil with a Doctor or Health Care Professional.
Do you have to take Mycozil with food?
It is recommended that Mycozil be taken right before a light meal or snack to minimize any stomach discomfort.
Does Mycozil react with any other Medications?
We are not aware of any specific reactions, however, if you are taking any prescription medications you should discuss this with your Doctor, Pharmacist, or Registered Dietitian.
Does Mycozil cause detox reactions?
Mycozil may cause the body feel flu like symptoms as a result of fungal die off. This is common with any supplement that is taking to reduce fungus, parasites, virus or bacteria. As pathogens die and are eliminated by the system it frequently causes symptoms of detoxification such as stomach upset, headaches, weakness, fatigues and general flu-like symptoms. Detox reactions can occur depending on how toxic the body is, the liver is and how much fungal die off occurs when taking the product. You may feel flu like symptoms as a release of toxins occurs in the body. This is called a "Herxhiemer Reaction" or a die off reaction. Many people do not experience this however it does occur fairly regularly.
Can Mycozil be taken for an extended period of time?
We don't recommend taking Mycozil for more than one year at a time. Mycozil is a very effective nutritional supplement, however results should be seen in much less than one year. Therefore, if you have taken Mycozil for over 6 months without significant improvement, call or email Dr., Group to see if we can help with diet or nutrition. After consulting with Dr. Group, we may determine that Mycozil may not be the best solution for your specific condition.
