Epsom salt
Borax
Nail clippers
Towel
Oil of oregano with dropper

Understand what causes nail fungus. Visit Pdrhealth.com (see Resources) and type the words ¨Nail Fungus¨ in the top search box, then press the ¨Go¨ button. Click on the ¨Nail Fungus¨ link. Read all of the sections, paying special attention to the ¨Causes¨ section.

Soak your feet in a basin of warm water. Pour in ½ cup of epsom salt and ¼ cup of borax and soak feet for 30 minutes. Repeat daily.

Dry your feet and clip your toe nails as far down as possible. Use oil of oregano directly on affected nails and on all cuticles. Apply oil of oregano 3 times a day.

Keep your feet dry at all times. Wear sandals if possible. Use a medicated foot powder if necessary.
